Job summary

Felician University, the Franciscan University of New Jersey, seeks an Associate Director of Transfer Students to ensure a smooth transition for transfer and adult students from acceptance through initial course advisement.

The role oversees transfer credit evaluations, posting credits, and supports the Director in maintaining the transfer equivalency database, assisting faculty and academic deans in credit determinations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an enrollment management office (admissions, registrar, financial aid).
• 2+ years supporting college students in an academic or counseling capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Ellucian Colleague, and SLATE; strong communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer credit evaluations and posting into the system.
• Provide guidance for first-semester registration for transfer/adult students.
• Support the Director in maintaining the transfer equivalency database and articulation agreements.
• Assist faculty and academic deans in credit equivalency determinations.
