Felician University is seeking an Associate Director of Credit Evaluation & Onboarding to oversee transfer credit evaluation, onboarding communications, and student transitions. The role drives the non-traditional credit process, coordinates with PLA and other programs, and supports new student experiences from acceptance through attendance.

The position is a twelve-month, full-time hybrid appointment, on campus two days per week and remotely three days per week, with occasional in-person

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in enrollment management or related student services within higher education.
• Strong proficiency with student information systems and CRM platforms, including Ellucian Colleague and Slate, and the ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex processes, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage with a diverse student population.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed; support Felician Franciscan mission and values.

Salary Range: $58,000.00 To $73,250.00 Annually

Felician University is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, goal-oriented admissions professional to serve as the Associate Director of Credit Evaluation & Onboarding. The position is a twelve-month, full-time hybrid appointment, working on campus two days per week and remotely three days per week, with additional in-person presence required for major University events. The Associate Director ensures a seamless transition for transfer and accelerated students enrolling at Felician University from the point of acceptance through initial attendance. The Associate Director provides strategic operational oversight of the transfer and non-traditional credit evaluation process, including transfer coursework, Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), ed2go and other alternative credit bearing programs, and additional pathways to credit. In addition, they manage new student onboarding and enrollment communications, ensuring that each new student experiences a smooth, informed, and personalized transition to the University. Working closely with the Director of Transfer and Adult Enrollment, the Associate Director leads initiatives that enhance student experience, strengthen academic alignment, and promote retention of newly admitted transfer and accelerated students.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.

Salary Range: $58,000 to $73,250
