Job summary

College of DuPage is seeking a dedicated Transcript and Verifications Specialist (FT) to manage official transcript production and enrollment/degree verifications within the Office of Student Records. The role includes FERPA guidance, confidential student communication, and collaboration with faculty and staff.

The position is hybrid remote eligible and offers a starting hourly rate with competitive benefits, including paid time off and tuition discounts for employees and dependents.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Bachelor Degree in related field preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transcript requests received online, by fax, mail and in-person.
• Oversee auditing of transcripts for accuracy.
• Research missing grades on outgoing transcripts with grading department
• Handle transcript issues with IT and Third Party Vendor.
• Process enrollment verification requests for students and agencies.
• Prepare enrollment verification reports and verify against requests.
• Maintain FERPA waivers and disclosures with students and staff.
• Prepare and maintain transcript and verification documents for imaging.
