Responsibilities

• Complete training across core functions within the Embossing and Insertion areas.
• Operate various production equipment and machinery as assigned.
• Perform detailed quality inspections of cards and statements to identify and fix defects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and data discrepancies.
• Execute work accurately to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Promote internal controls by documenting and communicating issues.
• Review production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Follow all regulations, policies, and SOPs related to card and statement production.

As a Transactions Specialist I in the Insertion/Personalization department in Coppell at JPMorganChase, you will operate production equipment to process customer statements and credit cards. Global Document Services is the firm’s primary print, card production, and distribution organization supporting JPMorganChase. In this role, you will focus on operational excellence, quality, and meeting service commitments in a fast-paced production environment where work varies day to day.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete training across core functions within theEmbossing and Insertionareas
• Operate various types of production equipment and machinery, as assigned
• Perform detailed quality inspections of cards and statements to identify and correct defects, errors, or inconsistencies
• Troubleshoot and help resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and data discrepancies
• Execute work accurately and efficiently to meetService Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Promote strong internal controls by proactively identifying, documenting, and communicating issues
• Review production data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential risks
• Follow all applicable regulations, internal policies, and standard operating procedures related to card and statement production

Work Schedule

• 2nd Shift:Tuesday through Saturday,2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Candidates must be willing and able to work during operating hours, which may includeevenings, weekends, and holidays. Specific schedule details will be confirmed by the Recruiter.
