• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 25–40 lbs and handle 200 lb supplies using approved carts.

• Perform detailed quality inspections of cards and statements to identify and fix defects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and data discrepancies.
• Execute work accurately to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Promote internal controls by documenting and communicating issues.
• Review production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
