Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 35 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions, or a related field; retail or open-air experience a plus.
• Prior experience at a REIT, institutional investor, or real estate investment firm strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the acquisition process, owning the full transaction timeline from LOI through underwriting and closing.
• Partner with financial asset management on underwriting review.
• Support the preparation of investment committee memos.
• Lead closing logistics, coordinating with legal, title, and the broader deal team.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
