Poline Search Partners is seeking a transactional paralegal with commercial real estate experience to work remotely while residing on the Eastern seaboard. You will review title work and surveys, summarize matters, and assist with acquisition due diligence and closings.

Responsibilities include leasing document drafting, SNDA/estoppel preparation, corporate formation, and multi-party closings, with emphasis on organization and clear communication under deadlines.

Competenze

• Minimum five years as transactional paralegal in legal, commercial real estate, or related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or ASA paralegal certificate required.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail and communication skills; ability to handle pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transactional Due Diligence: Review, analyze and summarize title and survey matters, review and abstract REAs and other instruments of record, negotiate title policies and endorsements, and perform acquisition due diligence as needed.


• Leasing: Review, analyze and abstract retail leases, prepare SNDAs and estoppels, and prepare miscellaneous lease documents for attorney review.


• Corporate: Form entities and prepare corporate organizational documents, including operating agreements and authorizing consents and resolutions.


• Closings: Coordinate multi-party, complex "escrow-style" closings.


• Drafting and Research: Draft other documentation and perform legal research tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Minimum experience of five years as a transactional paralegal in the legal profession, commercial real estate business or related work experience. Bachelor's degree or a paralegal certificate from an ASA accredited school is required.


• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required. Must have ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities. Must have strong communication skills. Must have thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
