Job summary

Clingen, Callow & McLean, LLC, a premier business law firm, seeks a Commercial Real Estate & Corporate Paralegal with 2+ years of accredited paralegal experience to support complex transactions.

You will oversee real estate and corporate deals from start to finish, coordinate due diligence, manage data rooms, and prepare conveyance and transactional documents, collaborating closely with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Accredited Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience handling real estate and corporate transactions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and keen judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception to completion.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms with precision.

• Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
