About the Role:

• Lead or support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients.
• Conduct financial analysis, assess quality of earnings, working capital, pro forma adjustments, and key deal considerations.
• Advise clients through capital markets activity, IPO readiness, and carve-outs.
• Engage directly with stakeholders across deals and internal teams.
• Take ownership of deliverables across multiple complex engagements.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-10+ years of experience in Transaction Services, FDD M&A, Audit, or Accounting Advisory.
• Big 4 or Top 10 background preferred.
• CPA or equivalent qualification strongly valued.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Clear, confident communicator with client-facing experience.
• Looking for faster progression, more deal exposure, or better work-life balance.
