Overview
The Digital Workplace, Manager will lead and improve the Digital Workplace Services in the IT Shared Service Center for the six Maisons of LVMH Fashion Group Americas: Celine, Loewe, Fendi, Givenchy, Fendi, and Pucci. This role involves working in a complex multi-brand, matrixed, and multiple technical ecosystems environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing a best-in-class experience for +1,100 corporate and store employees on their mobile devices, personal computers, and Microsoft collaboration platforms.
To achieve this goal, the candidate should partner closely with their counterparts in the Maisons based in Europe, with the Fashion Group CTO team, with the Global Digital Workplace Community of LVMH Group and other Shared Services Center Regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Device Management
- Ensure the best-in-class user experience and compliance of IT devices (laptops, workstation, mobile phones) by testing and piloting software and image updates prior to reaching users
- Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve digital workplace services and address any issues promptly.
- Be the voice of the region by reporting and addressing pain points related to device experience to Maisons and Group teams.
- Rebuild and manage an IT Asset Management practice to ensure optimized inventory levels, traceability, and loss prevention of corporate devices in WorkSpaceOne and ServiceNow.
- Manage computers, smartphones, users, and groups in Active Directory.
- Recommend and maintain a policy for device management, including Mobile Device Management (MDM) (e.g., WorkspaceOne) and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs.
- Manage mobile plan subscriptions with vendors, optimize costs to ensure accurate number of lines.
- Monitor and maintain the latest software and application patches on user systems and devices.
- Deploy applications and updates to user computers and devices as needed.
- Partner with Security Administrator for investigating and addressing security-related topics.
- Lead major devices updates or upgrade projects such as Windows 11 upgrade on 700+ PCs.
- Manage, expand the use, and monitor level of service of 3rd party strategic vendor for device management incident, requests and cost controls.
- Be the expert level support (L3) for device related incidents and requests.
Microsoft O365 Management
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft Office 365 tools to enhance productivity and communication across the organization by pro-actively communicating new features, changes, planned and unplanned maintenance to the region employees.
- Manage and clean-up monthly Microsoft and Adobe licenses, ensure that proper licenses are issued or revoked in employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create, maintain, and clean-up monthly email distribution list and groups in Teams and Outlook for all Maisons and Shared Service Center.
- Be the voice of the region by reporting and addressing pain points related to O365 experience to Maisons and Group teams.
- Manage, expand the use, and monitor level of service of 3rd party strategic vendor (Neurones)for O365 incidents and service requests.
- Be the expert level support (L3) for devices related incidents and requests.
Devices On/Offboarding
- Improve user onboarding/offboarding processes – namely: access control, authentication, directory services, and role-based access but also focus on security by implementing policies, managing privileged access, enabling single sign-on, and monitoring for breaches, while ensuring compliance.
- Procure, stage, configure devices in timely manner for new joiners, partnering with IT Onboarding & Training Lead.
- Partner with strategic vendors to streamline, formalize, and contract-out procurement, staging, configuration, and shipping process of mobile device and workstations for new joiners.
- Bolsters offboarding process to ensure 100% timely accounts deactivation, licenses removals, mobile phone line termination, and return of equipment for leavers.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing devices and Microsoft applications in a large corporate environment.
- Experience in a multi-brand, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and strategic partners.
- Retail industry experience to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector would be a major plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000- $140,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
