Lincoln International, Inc. invites Analyst Interns to join the Valuations & Opinions Group in a hands-on, market-facing internship across our Dallas, New York or Atlanta offices.

The program emphasizes entrepreneurial contribution, professional growth and exposure to multiple asset classes. You will build analytical skills through valuation work, financial analysis, and due diligence support, with mentoring and training.

Qualifications

• Analyst interns must be assertive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong foundation in financial statement analysis and valuation methods (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Ability to work through key assumptions, caveats, and limitations in analyses.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Pursuing a finance or accounting degree with relevant coursework.
• Eligible to begin working full-time Summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 is required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our Portfolio Valuation, Asset-backed Finance, or Transaction Opinion & Board Advisory team.
• Constructing and practicing valuation, analyses, and case studies using Lincoln International proprietary models.
• Identifying relevant comparable public companies and M&A transactions using S&P Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
• Researching general economic and industry conditions, acquisitions and divestitures, and investment attributes.
• Participating in due diligence meetings, client communications, and responses to auditor questions.
• Assisting in preparing fee proposals, pitch materials, and valuation reports.
• Maintaining proprietary valuation databases.
• Coordinating recurring valuation projects across geographies.
• Supporting senior members of the Valuations & Opinions Group.
• Performing other ad-hoc research and analytics as required.
