Job summary

CBH Homes in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Contracts Transaction Coordinator to guide buyers from contract to close while supporting the Sales Team behind the scenes.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving, team-focused environment. This is a full-time, in-office position in Meridian.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, escrow, lending, or new construction preferred.
• Customer service, transaction coordination, or administrative experience helpful.
• Strong computer, communication and organizational skills.
