CBH Homes is seeking a people-focused, proactive Customer Care professional to support homeowners after closing in Meridian, Idaho. You will coordinate warranty requests, schedule repairs with trade partners, and collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues efficiently, delivering a positive experience.

This full-time role offers competitive benefits and a Quarterly bonus program, with a move to the new Caldwell HQ planned for 2027.

In this role, you'll be a key part of the homeowner experience after closing, helping homeowners navigate warranty requests, coordinating repairs, and working alongside our trade partners to keep things moving.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just respond to problems but takes initiative, follows through, and makes things happen!

Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes' headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now. We offer competitive benefits and have one of the best holiday parties in town!
