You will collaborate with multiple departments in a fast-paced team environment, handling scheduling, troubleshooting, and resolution follow-through. Construction knowledge is a plus but not required.

In this role, you'll be a key part of the homeowner experience after closing, helping homeowners navigate warranty requests, coordinating repairs, and working alongside our trade partners to keep things moving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with homeowners and trade partners by phone and email
