CBH Homes in Meridian, Idaho is seeking energetic individuals to start a career in new home sales. You will be the first impression for homebuyers, guiding guests to the right resources and assisting the sales team to capture leads.

This on-site role offers growth within a fast-paced sales environment. Ideal candidates are outgoing, positive communicators who thrive in customer-facing settings and are eager to grow within a sales-focused organization.

Formación

• Weekend availability (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfort working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
• Valid driver’s license for community drives

Responsabilidades

• Create a strong first impression by welcoming every guest with energy and professionalism
• Provide basic information and guide guests to the appropriate resources or sales team
• Support the sales team by helping capture guest information for follow-up
• Keep On The Block clean, organized, and inviting
• Assist with light administrative tasks and CRM updates
• Participate in community drives and events
• Ensure every guest receives a 5-star experience
