Job summary

CBH Homes in Idaho is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to join our growing team in the Caldwell/Boise area. You will coordinate daily on-site activities, supervise subcontractors, and represent CBH Homes with professionalism and courtesy.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in new home construction, thorough knowledge of trades, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to meet deadlines while building strong relationships with trade partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year+ experience as an Assistant Construction Manager, Assistant Superintendent, or equivalent supervisory role in New Home Construction.
• Thorough knowledge of all trades.
• Highly motivated with initiative; team player who can meet deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Partners.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Represent CBH Homes around teammates, subcontractors, and everyone you meet in a courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Supervise on-site construction activities and trades to maintain quality and schedule.
• Represent CBH Homes in a professional, courteous manner with customers and partners.
