JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of an established Insurance Brokerage Agency seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Transaction Advisor to join their Mergers & Acquisition team.

As a part of the TAP team, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to conduct comprehensive assessments of the financial impact of insurance and employee benefits on potential mergers & acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Analysts and service teams to manage the employee benefits due diligence process.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of each transaction’s structure.
• Identify potential deal-impactful issues within the target’s employee benefits program.
• Provide strategic insights to clients, helping them navigate complex decisions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Transaction analyzing; 2+ years of employee benefit experience required.
• Brokerage agency background within Employee benefits or P&C is required.
• Ability to travel and generate sales.
