Job Summary

The Transaction Advisory Senior Associate works in a team-oriented environment to deliver high-quality financial diligence and advisory services. Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day transaction advisory activities for buy- and sell-side engagements

• Analyze business and transactional performance metrics

• Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and written analyses

Qualifications
