• 7 years of experience in related field.

• Must have and preserve required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple financial due diligence engagements.
• Lead client relationships and communicate findings with stakeholders.
• Review team analyses and manage timelines and quality control.
• Guide teams through complex diligence issues and ensure actionable recommendations.
• Present diligence findings to clients and deal stakeholders and support deal objectives.
• Coach junior team members with clear direction and feedback.
