Job summary

Grassi is seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior Associate to focus on Financial Due Diligence in one of several offices (Jericho, NY; New York, NY; Park Ridge, NJ; Chelmsford, MA; Needham, MA; Glastonbury, CT; Wayne, PA). The role offers opportunities to work on buy-side and sell-side engagements, analyze financial statements, and deliver QoE reports for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA and has 1+ years in Transaction Advisory with 3+ total years of relevant experience; industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license required.
• 1+ years in Transaction Advisory; 3+ total years of relevant experience.
• Construction and/or manufacturing & distribution industry experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and QoE engagements by performing analyses and assisting in evaluation of transaction opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements, operating results, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in preparation of QoE reports, presentations, and client deliverables with findings and insights.
• Evaluate revenue, earnings, working capital, cash flow, and balance sheet items to assess target health.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses and research to support engagement teams.
• Collaborate with teams to gather client data, perform testing, and meet deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings and management interviews; build client relationships.
• Manage multiple engagements with accuracy and organization.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices; support knowledge sharing.
• Travel to client sites and offices as needed.
