Responsibilities include performing financial due diligence and coaching junior staff. Formación

• 3-4 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, or related financial advisory services.
• Hands-on experience with QoE, working capital, and cash flow analyses.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and data analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence procedures.
• Prepare analyses such as Quality of Earnings and Cash Flow.
• Guide and review work performed by Associates.
