Job summary

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Transaction Advisory Services practice in Boston. You will perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence, analyze QoE and cash flow, and work closely with Managers and Partners on engagement planning.

The role requires 3–4 years in TAS or related services, a strong accounting foundation, and US GAAP expertise. Office presence is required, with opportunities to collaborate across a national and international network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license required or in progress.
• 3-4 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, or related financial advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence procedures.
• Prepare QoE, Net Working Capital, Cash Flow, and Debt-like items analyses.
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify key trends, risks, and transaction considerations.
• Assist in drafting client-ready diligence reports and presentations.
• Support purchase agreement considerations, including working capital targets and closing mechanisms.
