Job summary

EisnerAmper in Chicago seeks a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence, QoE engagements, and financial analysis. You will work as a contributor and team leader, coordinating with tax, valuation, audit, and advisory groups.

You'll review client financials, assess revenue quality, margins, and working capital, mentor staff, and present findings to executives and PE firms. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial audit and/or financial due diligence experience at a major accounting firm.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Manage multiple transaction teams with high-quality deliverables and deadlines.
• Review client financials to identify risks and value drivers; present findings.
• Oversee preparation of Key Findings Reports, Databooks, and financial presentations.
• Collaborate with tax, valuation, audit, advisory and consulting teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Mentor staff and stay current on market trends and accounting standards.
