Responsibilities include leading due diligence engagements, analyzing financials, and delivering actionable insights to clients.

The role requires CPA licensure, 2+ years in Transaction Advisory and 5+ years total experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of Transaction Advisory experience and 5+ total years of relevant experience.
• CPA license required.
• Industry experience in construction or manufacturing & distribution preferred; industry-agnostic considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and QoE engagements.
• Manage multiple engagements ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
• Analyze financial statements, operating results, and KPIs to identify trends and value drivers.
• Develop reports and presentations communicating findings and strategic considerations.
• Evaluate revenue quality, earnings, working capital, and cash flows of target businesses.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and target management, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development and contribute to practice growth.
