Job summary

Baker Tilly seeks an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in Chicago. You will support due diligence and financial analysis for private and public companies, private equity funds, banks, and debt funds.

You will gain exposure to buy-side, sell-side and corporate finance transactions while collaborating with Partners and engaging in meaningful work that drives client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or advanced degree is a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Opportunities for career development and advancement within the transaction advisory services group.
