Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an Experienced Associate to join the Transaction Advisory Services team in San Francisco and other U.S. locations.

You will support due diligence, earnings quality analyses, and financial analysis for buy-side, sell-side and corporate finance transactions. You will interact with Partners, coordinate data gathering, prepare analyses, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• At least 1 year of related experience in audit or transaction advisory.
• CPA designation or candidacy is a plus; strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
