Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join its Transaction Advisory Services practice in Denver, CO. You will provide due diligence and advisory support to a diverse client base including private equity funds, banks, and corporate clients.

The role offers exposure to buy- and sell-side due diligence, independent financial analysis, and client-facing interactions. A Bachelor's degree is required and CPA candidacy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or an advanced degree is a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present analyses to management.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management matters.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
