Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join its Transaction Advisory Services practice in the United States. In this role, you will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients, including private companies, PE funds, banks, and other financial players.

You will work closely with Partners and client teams on complex assignments across diverse industries. You will conduct data gathering, perform earnings analyses, and contribute to buy- and sell-side due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or advanced degree is a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.
