Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services practice, providing due diligence and transaction advisory support to clients, including privately held and publicly traded companies, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, banks, private debt funds, and business development companies.

You will work with partners on client engagements, perform data gathering, document review, and quality of earnings analyses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least one year of related experience is required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present analyses to management.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team with clients at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.
