Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services team. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory support to our clients, including private equity and corporate buyers, across a range of industries.

You will interact with Partners, perform financial analyses, data gathering, and prepare quality of earnings reports, with opportunities for career development and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Audit or Transaction Advisory experience preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy (or an advanced degree) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Opportunities for career development and advancement within the Transaction Advisory Services group.
