Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services practice in Washington, DC. You will help deliver due diligence and advisory services to a diverse client base including private companies, private equity, banks and credit funds.

In this role you will gather data, review documents, perform financial analysis of target companies and support buy-side, sell-side and corporate finance transactions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• Professional designations or candidacy (CPA) and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
