Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in transaction services, CPA preferred, and strong Excel modeling, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with senior client personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least three (3) years of relative experience in a mid to large size professional services firm.
• At least two (2) years of transaction services / due diligence experience preferred.
• Professional designations or candidacy (CFE, CFA, etc.) a plus.
• Strong modeling and Excel skills; ability to generate data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
