Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant within our Transaction Services practice to provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to a diverse client base, including private equity funds and financial institutions.

You will work with Partners on engagement management, perform financial analysis, and contribute to data-driven insights across buy- and sell-side transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least three years of relevant experience in a mid to large professional services firm.
• Two or more years in transaction services or due diligence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of excellent service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Career development opportunities within the transaction advisory services group.
