Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join the Transaction Advisory Services practice to provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients, including privately held and publicly traded companies, PE funds, and banks.

You will work on buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions, with opportunities for career development within the TAS group and direct interaction with Partners on engagement management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• CPA designation or candidacy and/or an advanced degree are a plus.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.
