Baker Tilly is seeking an Analyst to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in Irvine, CA. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory support to our clients across industries, including private equity funds, banks and corporate finance transactions.

We value a strong academic background, at least one year of relevant experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. CPA or advanced degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory preferred.
• Professional designations (CPA) and/or an advanced degree are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement matters.
• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure exceptional service.
• Provide opportunities for career development within the transaction advisory group.
