US Foreclosure Leads gives asset recovery agents fresh surplus funds leads across all 50 states: tax deed surplus, mortgage overage and surplus fund records, skip-traced and checked against Do Not Call lists.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).

What you will do

• Cut webcast recordings into short lessons with titles and captions.
• Edit screen recordings of the dashboard into clear how-to videos.

What you need

• A link to edited work you can share (YouTube, Vimeo or a drive folder).
• Examples of your work. Add links in the social links section of the application.
• Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
• Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

How pay works

• Paid per project or per piece, at a rate agreed in writing before the work starts.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
