Job summary

Start My Business Inc. is seeking independent contractors in the United States to sell US Foreclosure Leads memberships via commission-based sales. You will follow up with leads from free training, explain membership benefits, and adhere to Do Not Call rules.

This is a 1099 role with no hourly pay or base salary, and you determine your own schedule. You must have a clear phone voice, strong written communication, and prior sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

US Foreclosure Leads gives asset recovery agents fresh surplus funds leads across all 50 states: tax deed surplus, mortgage overage and surplus fund records, skip-traced and checked against Do Not Call lists. Agents follow every claim from signed agreement to payout in one dashboard, starting with free training. Sell US Foreclosure Leads agent memberships: skip-traced surplus funds leads, DNC checks, training and a claim dashboard.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).

What you will do
