Job description

US Foreclosure Leads gives asset recovery agents fresh surplus funds leads across all 50 states: tax deed surplus, mortgage overage and surplus fund records, skip-traced and checked against Do Not Call lists. Agents follow every claim from signed agreement to payout in one dashboard, starting with free training. Help agents use the dashboard, leads and dialer through our Live Support desk.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).

What you will do

What you need

• A clear, confident phone voice. You will record a short sample of a sales script as part of your application.
• Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
• Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

How pay works

• Paid per hour or per assignment. The rate is in your written offer before you start.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
