Start My Business Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented contractor to edit lessons for the Terms Deal Academy. You will refine titles, captions and on-screen notes, and cut weekly webcast walkthroughs into concise clips.

This is a remote, United States-based independent contractor (1099) role. You set your own hours, work with your own phone and computer, and manage your taxes. Pay is per project, with terms agreed in writing before work starts.

Job description

Terms Deal Academy teaches creative real estate acquisition: subject-to, lease-option, owner financing and wholesale on terms. The first six lessons are free, and paid members get the full curriculum, a state rules library, a weekly live webcast, a virtual close service and property management support. Edit training modules and deal walkthroughs on subject-to, lease-option and owner financing.
