Job description

When a foreclosed home sells for more than what was owed, the state may hold the difference for the former owner. Foreclosure Recovery Inc. finds out whether funds are held in a family's name and handles the claim with them. There are no upfront fees; we are paid only when funds are recovered. Call and text former homeowners to tell them the state may be holding money for them.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).

What you need

• A clear, confident phone voice. You will record a short sample of a sales script as part of your application.
• Strong written communication by email, text, and chat.
• Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

How pay works

• Commission only. There is no hourly pay or base salary.
• Commission is paid per verified sale. Rates and payout timing are in the written offer.
• We do not promise any level of income. What you earn depends on your own results.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
