• Instruct business users to effectively use a specialized suite of software applications.
• Develop and edit course materials using a variety of tools in different media.
• Deliver onsite ad-hoc training and formal classroom training at the company learning center.
• Perform training needs analyses across Electric Operations.
• Determine and develop training programs on the WMS applications, coordinate and schedule upcoming training sessions.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to determine program opportunities.
• Participate in functional testing of the Work Management System applications in the training environment throughout the lifecycle.

Job description

The Work Management System (WMS) Training Team is part of the WMS Team and helps provide continued support to the ever-changing business needs within Electric Operations. We seek a highly skilled and dedicated individual who will be responsible for instructing business users to effectively use a specialized suite of software applications. This role entails developing and editing course materials using a variety of tools in various settings and media, as well as delivering both onsite ad-hoc training and formalized classroom training at the companys learning center.

The Project Specialist also performs training needs analyses across different groups in Electric Operations, determines and develops training programs on the WMS applications, coordinates and schedules upcoming training sessions, communicates with internal and external customers to determine program opportunities, and participates in functional testing of the Work Management System applications in the training environment throughout each applications lifecycle.
