Job summary

Consolidated Edison, Inc. seeks a skilled training professional to instruct business users on WMS software. You will develop materials, deliver both onsite and classroom sessions at the learning center, and perform needs analyses across Electric Operations to design effective training programs.

You will coordinate schedules, communicate with customers, and participate in WMS application testing within training environments throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

The Work Management System (WMS) Training Team is part of the WMS Team and helps provide continued support to the ever-changing business needs within Electric Operations. We seek a highly skilled and dedicated individual who will be responsible for instructing business users to effectively use a specialized suite of software applications. This role entails developing and editing course materials using a variety of tools in various settings and media, as well as delivering both onsite ad-hoc training and formalized classroom training at the companys learning center.

The Project Specialist also performs training needs analyses across different groups in Electric Operations, determines and develops training programs on the WMS applications, coordinates and schedules upcoming training sessions, communicates with internal and external customers to determine program opportunities, and participates in functional testing of the Work Management System applications in the training environment throughout each applications lifecycle.
