Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Global Training Operations projects and strategic initiatives.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with resources and priorities.
• Monitor performance with dashboards and KPIs; report to executives.
• Drive continuous improvement in training workflows and systems.
• Lead training content projects involving Windchill PLM, LMS, and SharePoint.
• Coordinate deployment and governance of training materials and tools.
• Establish strong stakeholder relationships and cross-functional alignment.
• Support product launches and training readiness across regions.
