Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Global Training Operations to lead projects across TMTT Global Training and Expansion. Based on-site in Irvine, CA, you will partner with stakeholders to drive training effectiveness, system enhancements, and scalable processes supporting launches of products like PASCAL, EVOQUE, and SAPIEN M3.

You will manage scope, timelines, risks, and executive reporting while advancing continuous improvement across training workflows and certification processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field with 5 years of hands-on project management experience.
Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
Six Sigma, PMP, CAPM, Lean, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Global Training Operations projects with cross-functional teams.
Define scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication plans.
Drive process improvements for training operations and tooling.
Oversee training content creation, review, deployment, and governance.
Coordinate deployment, launch readiness, and training logistics globally.
