Job summary

Merit Restorations in Purcellville, VA, is seeking a Training Systems & Compliance Coordinator to support the Director of Training & Compliance. This role serves as the operational control tower for Merit’s training and compliance functions, maintaining systems, records, certifications, and reporting that give visibility into readiness and risk.

Based at Corporate with hybrid work, the coordinator ensures up-to-date credentials, tracks requirements, and surfaces gaps early.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs and compliance records.
• Familiarity with credential management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer Merit University and learning systems, including accounts and progress reporting.
• Maintain the master Development Funnel and track 30/60/90 milestones.
• Manage credential records (IICRC and others) and renewals, with lookahead reporting.
• Maintain a TPA & Carrier Requirements Matrix and surface gaps or risk.
• Produce dashboards and reports to support training interventions and outcomes.
