Job summary

Merit Restorations is seeking an Emergency Services Operations & Standards Director in Northern Virginia (Purcellville). You will own the end-to-end emergency services playbook, train diverse teams, and drive QA across all branches, including travel to VA and TX markets.

This is a senior, exempt, director-level role with a focus on consistency and growth. You will report to the Vice President, Branch Operations & Integration Performance and lead all training, standards, and performance metrics

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in emergency services/mitigation.
• IICRC WRT and ASD certifications required; FSRT preferred.
• Experience building SOPs, training programs, and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of emergency services operations—from intake to rebuild handoff across branches.
• Build and maintain the audit and quality system; conduct branch reviews to enforce standards.
• Author and maintain Merit’s emergency services playbook; oversee company-wide training and KPIs.
