Job summary

Florida Department of Law Enforcement is seeking a Govern­ment Analyst II to administer the agency’s Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accessibility and integrity for internal users. The role supports accreditation, policy, and training compliance, and oversees external online training efforts for mandatory retraining.

The position may be considered essential during incidents, requiring availability outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage user accounts and group structures for LMS.
• Manage system permissions at all levels.
• Create and manage courses, certificates, and sessions for internal and external training.
• Generate reports related to policy and training compliance.
• Resolve LMS technical support issues and respond to inquiries from coordinators.
• Maintain training coordinator contacts and support accreditation requirements.
• Oversee external retraining for agencies and mandatory training.
• Assist with website maintenance as needed.
