Job summary

America's Heartland Packing in Wright City, MO seeks a Training Supervisor to oversee training programs, content development, and a team of trainers. You will collaborate with Safety, Quality and HR to keep training aligned with goals, deliver engaging in-person and technology-enabled sessions, and drive continuous improvement across learning and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design, training development, and adult learning principles.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs with Safety, Quality, and HR leadership.
• Coach and reinforce core behavioral expectations; support trainee programs.
• Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
• Oversee training delivery for new hires, cross-training, and leadership.
• Evaluate programs using feedback and knowledge checks; drive improvements.
• Ensure training records comply with policies and regulatory guidelines.
