Job summary

United Cerebral Palsy Heartland is seeking a Training Supervisor in Jefferson City, MO to ensure person-centered support for adults in day services. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM and focuses on program quality, outcomes, and staff development.

The ideal candidate will supervise staff, manage documentation, and help maintain CARF standards while advocating for clients to access necessary services and supports.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in staff scheduling, preferably in healthcare or social services setting.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of assessments, ISPs, data collection, and progress reporting.
• Develop and implement quality functional outcome objectives based on client preferences, needs, and improvement areas.
• Provide programmatic supervision: monitor staff performance and give direct feedback.
• Participate in advocacy to secure additional services, equipment, and supports for clients.
• Maintain CARF standards and support accreditation efforts.
• Use the EHR system for all applicable documentation.
