Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Training Program Oversight: supervise and support Trainers in daily activities.
• Coordinate scheduling and delivery of onboarding, skills, and compliance training.
• Monitor training quality and effectiveness; implement improvements as needed.
• Maintain training calendars, materials, and program standards.
• Team Leadership: lead and develop Training team members; provide feedback.
• Compliance & Documentation: ensure OSHA/USDA/food safety compliance and audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Safety, and QA leaders.
• Identify workforce skill gaps and training needs.
• Align training plans with production goals and staffing plans.
• Note: perform other duties as needed to meet organizational needs.
